Job Description

A leading construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled HSE Inspector Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and possess a strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. The HSE Inspector Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with safety policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections, and providing guidance and training to employees. The candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  2. Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  3. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and develop preventive measures.
  4. Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
  7. Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to develop and implement safety plans for each project.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  9. Assist in the development and review of policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental management.
  10. Participate in safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
