Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryMaintains and controls HR System information, presents statistical and analytical reports, and assists in Planning and Development Section as required.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.Maintains and provides accurate information regarding Human Resources database.Prepares statistical reports for HR Department in relation to position and employee database.Assists the HR Department with regards to updating the HR System.Maintains optimum utilization of the Human Resource (HR) system, coordinating with the Information Technology (IT) Department regarding any operational problems.Monitors the system performance to ensure proper usage.Coordinates with IT Department in solving queries that were encountered by the end-users.Checks the system database information regarding continuous changes and updates of data.Gives adequate information of the processes and system requirements needed to develop the HR system.Verifies the accuracy of information and actions originating in HR sections to ensure the integrity of information and procedures are maintained. Analyzes and makes appropriate recommendations regarding systems used in HR.Prepares a list of actions of any changes in the Monthly Staffing Report and assures its proper implementation.Prepares costing analysis of given queries like forecasting the budget for requested positions, costing of vacant positions and alikeAssists the Head of Planning and Development in conducting and preparing statistical reports, research projects and a variety of correspondenceLiaises with the Head of Planning and Development and the System Specialist to analyze the impact of applying various formula in the Human Resources DepartmentProvides statistical costing comparison of Job Titles and Positions that needs to be created, deleted, reclassified, upgraded and degradedPrepares costing analysis of given queries like forecasting the budget for requested positions, costing of vacant positions and alikeAssists and prepares weekly/monthly/yearly departmental reports as requiredPerforms other related duties as required.Education/LicensureEssential: Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems or Business Information Systems or any computer related field.Essential: Preferred Bachelor Degree in MIS or BIS.Professional ExperienceEssential: Two (2) years of recent experience working in a medium to large health care facility at an equivalent level.
