Job Description

We are looking for an HR Trainee to join us through Tamheer program, a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.Tamheer Training Program provides fresh graduates with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment and to support/promote the fresh graduates? career goals through contacts with professionals in their fields of study. Tamheer Training experience enables you to participate in professional activities for ACCUMED by working on important and innovative projects. Our programs provide a structured learning experiences where the fresh graduates and our full time professionals work together on projects within their selected departments. The Training assignments allow you to integrate knowledge and skills in manners that are mutually beneficial to you and ACCUMED.Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR and Recruitment functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and Recruitment executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
