Job Description

Our ClientA global cyber security leader with over 5000+ employees globally across 60+ countries are actively recruiting a Talent/HR Specialist to be based in Riyadh.Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple Sales, Technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Develop and update job descriptions while working with the HR Business Partner as required.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to source and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Identify talent trends in the market, focus on market research, and share inputs to the business team and reporting manager to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and providing feedback on further improvement for internal selection process.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-tointerview ratios
Your Qualifications
  • Must be accountable for delivery of reasonable volumes of quality candidates
  • Is able to build talent pipelines through social medias, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile the right prospects for suitability and understand their motivation and career aspirations rather than just sell a role.
  • Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and market trends
  • Have user experience and knowledge of internet sourcing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Arabic language speaking and writing is added advantage
