Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced˙HR Specialist˙to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including˙employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR reporting.Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance to managers, and resolving conflicts
  • Support the˙performance management process, including˙goal setting,˙performance evaluations, and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Manage HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, and˙HR metrics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Manage the˙onboarding process˙for new hires, including conducting˙orientation sessions˙and processing˙new hire paperwork
  • Assist with˙benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Provide support for˙employee development programs˙and training initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
