About This Job:This is an exciting, new opportunity where you will play a critical role within the Global HR Operations Team at Astellas and be based out of our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be an individual contributor, reporting directly into the HR Service Delivery Team Lead in the UK.As the HR Service Delivery Advisor, you will be responsible for performing transactional/ administrative HR services in addition to managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data.Main Purpose of the Position:?Responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, controls and general HR related queries, acting as the first point of contact for Astellas employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels available?The role will also be responsible for performing transactional/administrative HR services in addition to managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data.?Act as an escalation point to manage queries through to resolution?The role will report to the HR Service Delivery Team Lead and will work closely with the wider HR Service Delivery Team and Projects and Continuous Improvement team to explore opportunities for continuous improvement across the HR Operations function?Creation, re-engineering on internal processes and guides as of when require?Working with benefits providers on various benefits claims to ensure that they are process in a timely manner
