We are looking for an experienced management senior consultant to join us.The successful candidate will play an important role in developing business and delivering projects in a high-quality manner for a wide range of clients.?He/she will provide predictive analysis to our clients in improving their organizations by developing and optimizing their talents.??Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and attend client meetings to generate and lead business opportunities
  • Offer strategic and practical solutions to clients
  • Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for clients business
  • Present findings to client in a concise and clear manner
  • Identify opportunities to optimize organizational processes
  • Contribute to the creation of deliverables
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of projects and assist in practice and solution development
  • Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact as well as sustainable results
  • Assess the depth of project required, translate and synthesis the analysis into impactful recommendations
  • Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to client
