Job Description

Role Purpose: Responsible in implementing HR Operation? programs and activities such as day-to-day people management and ensure compliance with the approved company policies and procedures.Key Activities:

  1. Oversees and coordinates HR Operation? activities to updates associates personnel records like contract of employment, medical insurance, social security, etc. through strict adherence to approved policies and procedures.˙˙
  2. Conduct briefing on new recruits so that they are quickly incorporated into the organization by acquiring essential knowledge in the administration process and procedures.
  3. Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities and other agencies to protect the company?s interests.
  4. Coach, assist and train subordinates in order to transfer substantial knowledge in all administration activities to ensure continuity of the process in case of absences or vacancy in the office.
  5. Manage personnel Operation? activities such as, files, records, salary increase, transfers, Leaves, Business travels, ..etc. through efficient, effective and equitable implementation of the company?s policies and standards of the.
  6. Implement corrective and preventive actions imposed to associates in compliance to the approved company? policies and Saudi Labor Laws to influence discipline and obedience among all associates.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (IPE KNOWLEDGE):-˙˙˙Saudi and International Labour Law: Knowledge in the interpretations of the important provisions of the Saudi Labor Law.˙-˙˙˙Human Resources Operation: Recognized Knowledge of principles and procedures in operation, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and HR operation? information systems. ˙-˙˙˙Administration and Management: Recognized Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.˙-˙˙English Language: Acceptable knowledge in English literature.Minimum ? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.Minimum 4 years? experience in Human Resource in a Multi-National corporation.
