Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing on time and reporting.
Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in HRMS and employee personnel files.
Manage and process all government HR-related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the Ministry of Human Resources to ensure the effective running of the company?s accounts.
Process and carry out all transactions relating to work permits, business/employment visas, and residency visas/Iqama, including Iqama status, issuance, and renewals, Medical Insurance.
