About the Client:One of the largest pizza chains globally?End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Saudi Team Members as per the target?Ensure compliance to local labour laws, conduct disciplinary management, and implement employee engagement activities?Maintain all administrative requirements in HR in coordination with the PRO, represent the company at the government offices for labour and employees-tasks related, and manage employee records?Responsible for sourcing staff accommodation, contracts and payments, and other tasks related?Ensure payroll-related tasks are done in an accurate and timely manner such as entering data in HR system ZOHO and sending the attendance data to Dubai office.
