Job Description

HR Officer - Riyadh, KSAJob Summary:The HR Officer will provide HR support to the business and act as a collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business plans, to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employees file and HR database in HCM.
  • Being first contact for employees regarding attendance and various HR queries
  • Monitoring attendance, entering sick notes, vacation, and absences
  • Administrative follow up to office and employee needs, assist employees and help with their queries.
  • Coordinate hiring activities, process background checks
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates
  • Maintain and updatecandidate database
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
