We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Platform & Corporate Services Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for managing various Saudi government platforms, handling company procedures, and assisting clients with licensing and corporate services.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and operate Saudi government and business platforms, including:Muqeem?Qiwa?Mudad?GOSI?ZATCA?Absher?Chamber of Commerce platformsAssist clients with:Company registration and amendments?Commercial license renewals?Iqama-related proceduresVisa application, renewal, and cancellation?Employee transfer and contract uploadsFollow up on clients? compliance and corporate matters:Document preparation and filing?Government notifications and updates?Platform issue handlingPayment processing and status tracking?Communicate with clients, government departments, and business partners regarding application progress and procedures.?Support internal administrative and operational tasks when required.RequirementsBasic Qualifications?Familiar with Saudi corporate and government procedures?Experience using Saudi government platforms is preferred?Fluent in Chinese; basic English communication skills required?Arabic language skills are a plus?Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail?Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasksSkills.Skills?Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.)?Familiar with Saudi platform operation procedures?Good document management and data entry skills?Strong communication and coordination abilities?Experience in corporate services, HR, administration, or finance is preferred.
