Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws, organizational development expertise, and HR best practices to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for a retail company in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, covering recruitment, training, and development.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Compliance Management: Stay informed of changes in Saudi labor laws and ensure all HR policies and practices comply with regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop job descriptions, screen candidates, and lead interview processes to attract top talent.
  • Training & Development: Identify growth opportunities, design training programs, and support employees in developing their skills.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage benefits claims, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain up-to-date records, including employee profiles, job history, and performance reviews.
