Provides senior management and direction for all People disciplines, HR, recruitment, mobility and organizational development, acting as the custodian for all best practice.Responsibilities:1- Be able to provide full modules consulting support, promote the effective operation of recruitment, salary, performance appraisal and staff training. Provide sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee.2- Analyze the current situation of personnel to help leaders to make timely and correct decisions.3- Understand the business situation of each department, provide guidance for the performance appraisal of each department, and supervise the appraisal process.4- Assist the business department in building sustainable talent structure.5- Responsible for Recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
