The car shows up at your doorstep to either love or return at no cost.????About the roleDo you find the experience of buying a car frustrating? Feeling like you could be getting a ?lemon?? Wasting days driving from dealer to dealer? Join our founding team to change the ways cars are bought in the Gulf.?As an HR in KSA? your main goal is to support the Country Head in building a high performing team from ground up and creating the culture. Responsibilities include:?

  • Building the organisational structure and culture of the Saudi Arabia team?
  • In the early days being hands on with recruiting: responsible for end to end recruiting and candidate onboarding across all hiring levels, which? includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, fitments, offers, negotiation and closure. As we grow, get a team around you to support
  • Recruitment - To source candidates and close hiring requirements within TAT
  • HR Business Partner ? To drive all HR related initiatives in KSA and make Cars24 the best company to work with in KSA
  • Develop the hiring process with the International HR Lead
  • Deliver the best candidate experience during the entire hiring process.
  • Responsible for all onboarding activities from offer to hire.
  • Be an active contributor to the leadership team
  • Other duties as they emerge
?The role would report to the International HR Lead.??
