An exciting tech start up based in Riyadh is seeking a HR Manager to support the set up of the HR function and expansion of the team as the company launches.Client DetailsAn exciting tech start up at launch stageDescriptionManage the HR function, handling all policies & procedures for KSA, employee services, and compliance with Saudi employment lawDrive recruitment strategy and bring in the best people to grow the businessImplement and maintain policies and procedures including a performance appraisal system and salary gradingMember of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisionsResponsible for all employee servicesDeliver company training and manage the training calendarMonitor all legal requirements in line with KSA employment lawRun employee engagement initiativesProfile8+ years in HR with some recent experience in a small start-up company ideally a tech start-upDegree in a relevant HR subject and ideally a HR certificate (CIPD, SHRM) Full working knowledge of KSA employment law and proven compliance experienceStrong leadership qualities and be able to influence senior stakeholdersCandidates must be based in Riyadh or relocate to RiyadhSAUDI NATIONALS only for this role due to localization lawsJob OfferSalary package between SAR 30,000 - SAR 35,000 (basic, housing, transport)
