This role will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen culture and performance, build leadership capability, and ensure HR operations and compliance are run to a high standard.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipLead the HR agenda for the Saudi business, aligned to company goalsPartner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and successionDrive culture, engagement, and change initiatives as the business scalesTalent, Capability & Leadership DevelopmentStrengthen leadership and manager capability across functionsBuild succession plans and develop high-potential talentDrive practical learning and development programs linked to business needsSupport Saudization/Nitaqat goals and local talent developmentHR Operations & GovernanceEnsure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exits)Oversee performance management and reward practices (comp & benefits)Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, and related requirementsMaintain strong employee relations and handle sensitive matters fairly and professionally
