Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR COOP to join our team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. As an HR COOP, you will have the chance to work closely with our HR team and assist in various HR functions. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and providing a warm welcome to new hires.
  • Help organize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including coordinating performance reviews and providing support to managers.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including facilitating conflict resolution and addressing employee concerns.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs, including coordinating logistics and tracking employee participation.
