Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Stay current on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to leadership.
