Job Description

HR Analyst - Onboarding | Al Futtaim Group | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the role:To act as first line of support for new hires, responsible for all aspects of the onboarding process.Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain effective communication for all new hires in KSA and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Govt Relations to ensure all joining formalities are completed in compliance with local legal/ Labour requirements and Al-Futtaim policies.
  • Co-ordinate all joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and their line managers.
  • Feedback on the onboarding process, making suggestions on how it can be improved.
  • Support with the delivery of corporate inductions for new hires in KSA that provides comprehensive information of Al-Futtaim structure, policies and procedures.
