Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs and systems including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring.
Plan, organize, and direct all labor-related activities within the organization.
Ensure all new employees are onboarded in an efficient and timely fashion.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
Oversee employees? performance evaluation process, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommends salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on performance appraisals.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
