Job Description

Our multinational client is hiring a Housing Maintenance Specialist. Based in Riyadh and reporting to the Installation & Maintenance Supervision Manager.

  • ?You will be responsible to Maintain the companys Housing Maintenance activities and ensuring maximum quality and standards.
  • Coordinate all housing repairs requests with services providers and ensure timely request completion.
  • Follow up the ongoing maintenance of staff housing units in order to ensure that all accommodations are safely maintained.
  • Inspect the housing after maintenance work has been completed to ensure meeting organisation standards.
  • Monitor the housing equipment condition by performing scheduled visits.
  • Provide monthly reports on all the maintenance and repairs of equipment.
  • Regularly search for new vendors for appliances and housing materials. Managing Requests regarding housing maintenance and repairs tickets.
  • Review and evaluate invoices submitted by vendors.
  • Maintaining the housing appliances inventory after the handover from Logistics.
  • Coordinate with Fixed Assets and Inventory section on the disposal of Housing Appliance.
  • Document logging and tracking maintenance requests and costs.
  • Coordinate with Equipment Buyer to process Service Requests or Purchase Orders, and with the coordination of Asset & Inventory Management.
