Unlike archaic, complex hospitality solutions, Livedin offers an easy to use mobile-first platform that empowers hosts to tap into the booking short-term rental market and manage their properties with ease and efficiency.Your RoleThis is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Livedin. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing service standards, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining high standards of on-ground operations.

  • Monitor the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests.
  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, supervise shifts and conduct daily audits.
  • Identify and report maintenance requirements/ issues at work.
  • Promote a professional and hospitable image to the guest. Give full cooperation to any guest requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
