To assist the Senior Director of Hospitality Design & Development in the development of The hospitality portfolio in accordance with the clients aspirations, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, profitability, business development and growth as per the clients vision and business plans.Operationally assess, review and feedback on all hotel design technical services matters to the clients Development Team.Client DetailsOne of the key Giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia focusing on ultra luxury resort projectsDescriptionReview all consultant drawings, presentations, reports, specifications and all stage gateways submissions forhospitality projects in order to provide an operational view of the components and the scale of theproject.ú Assist with transparent service provider/ consultant selection processes to identify capable and best-in-fieldconsultants, in line with standards.ú Support the Hospitality Team and Development Team in all design phases for hospitalityprojects through coordinating architecture and interior designs by the appointed consultants work in atimely and effective manner as per policies and procedures and project-specific approvals frommanagement.ú Assist the Development Team with the coordination of all , Structural, IT/Technology and otherdisciplines as they impact on the hotel design and guest experience.ú Monitor the progress and completion of hospitality projects through their development life cycle toensure efficient and robust design integrity is maintained throughout the project.ú Coordinate with operators and the development teams to control application of design guidelines, brandstandards, design briefs and other Operator generated documents within the design.Profileú Leadership & Team Buildingú Operator Technical Design Servicesú Operational FOH and BOH Hotel Designú Management of Hotel Operator Brand Standards & Guidelinesú Planning and OrganizingJob OfferCompetitive salaryBonusHealth careSchoolingFlights
