Receive & Handover:Receive vehicles complain and assign/liaise with outsource workshop suppliers for repairs required.Evaluation & Approval:Evaluate repairs quotations receiving and comparison of workshops to get approved for repair.Worksheet data & PRs:Monitor/Update Workshop Expenses Report, maintain vehicles M/R History data & create / follow up PRs.Petty Cash & Tires:Processing petty cash expenses & Monitor/Update Tires Inventory and tires consumption Report.CPK & Utilization:Monthly CPK Reports & Fleet availability and utilization comparison and observations sharing with Ops.Fleet Legality:Following with Expired legal documents i.e., MVPI, RC, OC and insurance.Accident:Review and process vehicle accident and damage reports.Monitoring & Training:Monitoring vehicles on the road should have all tools and spare tire training, awareness to drivers regarding required safety & security measures.Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.KnowledgeFull awareness of TGA, Maroor (Traffic), Rules & Regulations.Principles and practices of vehicle and equipment maintenance, equipment.Principles of supervision and training.Should have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
