Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead the transformation of our heavy machinery and production center department into a stand-alone company. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to separate the department and production centers, and for managing the transition to ensure the new company is able to efficiently serve the main construction company on a rental basis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a plan for separating the heavy machinery and production center department into a stand-alone company
  • Coordinate and manage the transition to ensure that operations are not disrupted
  • Ensure that the new company is able to efficiently serve the main construction company on a rental basis
  • Control costs and manage the budget of the new company
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees
  • Provide leadership and direction to the new companys employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure that the new company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Position: Heavy Machinery and Production Center Transformation ManagerQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business management or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in the management of heavy machinery and production centers
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience with business transformation and change management is a plus
