we at Hala Health have the opportunity to join our team as a healthcare patient support program manager with the below responsibilities and requirements:Key tasks and responsibilities?????????Overall accountability for the delivery of key client professional services projects, ensuring projects are effectively delivered on-time projects and to customer expectations.?????????Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.?????????Lead problem solving and resolution efforts on projects.?????????Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.?????????Partner with other stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.?????????Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets mutually agreed upon success criteria and project timeline metrics.?????????Direct responsibility to secure the hospitals and other authorities? approvals across KSA.?????????Full management of a patient support program for a multinational pharmaceutical company specialized in rare disease.
