Collaborate with Site Learning and Development to develop content, training plans, documentation/tracking as required and document control measures.
Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee / supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.
Manage Team Base Risk Assessments and the process and regularly conduct training needs analysis.
Maintain working relationships with External Agencies and co-chair and help lead the Safety Team.? Maintain filing systems regarding worker training and safety. ? Review accidents and incidents which occur in responsibility and conduct audits, reporting and managing the corrective actions.? Assist with maintaining the Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans & Procedures.? Coordinate with Site Supervisor, Operations, and General Manager on facility deficiencies and monthly safety inspections? Maintain H&S Tracker (Incident Tracker) ? Support the H&S team for any accident investigation.? Support the H&S team for any fire drill. ? Conduct Daily site visits and report all the output to the management
