Head Piping Systems - Riyadh, KSALocation: AE - Dubai Type: Full time MAIN TASKS* Define, follow-up and achieve yearly targets (quantitative and qualitative)* Develop and execute appropriate business plans involving product & market strategy, distribution, pricing, communications and promotions* Evaluates the market potential and identify local strategies (MTP), channel access, price and distribution policy as well as market penetration in line with market conditions and customer specific needs* Specific market segmentation project business for piping market and implementation of appropriate training measures towards channel partners* Develop specific distribution partner for piping business by use of local pipe sourcing approach* Establish technology switch from standard drainage applications to Pluvia and HDPE in-house drainage systems. Ensure high level of technical know how among channel partners* Use and control of CRM for all sales activities (contact data, contact reports, project funnel, marketing activities)* Monitor debtors to determine credit limits and evaluate risk* Arabic language is essential
