Job Description

Work closely with the leadership to develop and execute relevant strategic insights that can contribute to the organizations vision for growth along with a sustainable competitive advantage.

  1. Identify appropriate performance metrics aligned with client/customer considerations as well as target and operational constraints to develop a strategic framework.
  2. Design, implement and maintain a central database to ensure standard research methodologies are implemented while analyzing data sources, designing surveys as well as product pricing.
  3. Utilize data to conduct efficient market and economic feasibility studies to establish a culture of feedback, insights and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Incorporate recommendations to improve existing processes and policies while staying abreast of international best practices to uphold the organizations standards in line with their objectives.
