Were a tight-knit founding team with diverse experiences and backgrounds, but with a united passion for creating inspiring solutions for consumers and retailers.Join our mission to create a true omni-channel e-commerce to make selling, shopping and delivery simple and enjoyable for everyone.We look forWe look for an experienced Head of Product Management (Consumer), who is willing to bring his/her knowledge and energy into our team, and will lead the teams that are responsible for several products within our Consumer products portfolio.You should be ready to take responsibility for the overall product metrics and efficiency of your products: creating product vision and strategy, custdev, product development and efficiency estimation, covering the whole area of the product .You will manage several product teams and will be responsible for your product success and business efficiency in the Consumer area.Your core objectives will be:

• discover ways to drive product metrics and value growth, prioritize them and make them live with your team
• establish and manage product discovery and delivery processes within your team
• manage stakeholders and ensure best fit of your product into overall product offering

You will share major corporate targets like total revenue & profitability.Key of our Consumer Products are:

• Consumer Application
• Consumer Web-site
• CRM & retention management
• Acquisition tools

What will you do

• build and manage all dedicated product teams, consisting of researches, designers, developers and whoever else you?d need, ensure team?s efficiency and people growth
• play a decisive role in the product vision definition
• understand customer needs, design customer journeys and analyze CJMs, identify opportunities via research, market gaps or cutting edge technical insights
• iteratively drive product growth: prioritize opportunities, test them and make them live
• formulate and analyze product metrics, be responsible for them, gather and analyze customer feedback
• test hypotheses (in any form: short poll, A/B-testing)
• build product processes within and outside of the team, communicate with stakeholders
• gather product requirements, manage backlog
• work hands-on on nearly anything which is needed for your product success: make a mock-up, define metrics you want to measure, understand tech spec of certain features, write PRD for a feature. We are not familiar with a phrase ?it?s not my area of responsibility? ??

• are ready to take full responsibility for product metrics and success
• have great experience with consumer digital products management, preferably in ecom and fashion/lifestyle area
• are excellent in customer development, love and know how to communicate with your customers
• can check hypotheses with minimum effort/cost spent
• can manage a product team in digital area, including research, design, development and analytics; have significant experience with digital products design and development
• base your judgements and product decisions on analytics, logic and employee/customer insights
• can manage stakeholders? expectations and build long lasting relationships with them, can understand the concerns of the key stakeholders, while being able to defend your point view; can communicate complex matters in a simple understandable way
• know how to manage communication within a team and with other depts, are proficient with product discovery and delivery tools (Jira, Miro, Notion, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
• can and love deep-dive into internal processes and systems, can design and improve them
• know how to work in Agile/Scrum
• are fluent in English
• advantage: are fluent in Arabic
• advantage: have knowledge of the Middle East market and Arabic culture
