The job will be responsible to lead and establish the corporate procurement spend of the organization.Client DetailsStart-up Government entity mandated to support the aviation sector locally, regionally and internationally.DescriptionEnsure achievements of saving to reduce operating expenses according annual target.Generate specific reports on the progress of saving initiatives, and financial performance.Ensure involvement and support of budget owner and finance on related matter.Manage risks associated to annual spend.Take necessary actions to ensure targets are met, and track performance against objectives.Ensure registration, development and implementation of suppliers relationship management program are fulfilled in close alignment with stakeholders.Establishing and maintaining measurable performance metrics for all levels of procurement activities.Generate appropriate analytical reports such for category spend, contracts status, supplier assessment, stakeholders need?. etc.Ensure team compliance to corporate Procurement governance, regulations, policy and procedures and code of conduct for non-trade products and services related matter.Manage frequent improvement of processes, policy and practices within corporate procurement to suite its customers needs.ProfileMinimum 10 years of experience.Must have a thorough understanding of government procurement process, policy, regs & laws.Must have experience in ETIMAD.Background in both public and private sector is preferred, but public sector is essential.Job OfferAttractive salary and benefit structure.
