The Head of IT will provide technology vision and leadership to the organisation.Client DetailsOur client is a CMA-regulated Financial Services entity (Investment Bank) in Riyadh.DescriptionThe Head of IT will be responsible for:IT strategy and planningAnnual budget preparation and management for ITIT vendor/supplier selection and managementRecommending appropriate Technology solutions for the business; delivering these solutions successfullyIT project management, i.e. selection, development and installation of major systems and solutionsIT infrastructure and network management/improvementsUser-training programsSecurity of information systemsBack-up and disaster recovery procedures and plansKey stakeholder management, and periodic reporting to senior managementBusiness partnering, and providing innovation and recommendations to the business with regards to TechnologyTeam management and leadershipProfileThe Head of IT will be/have:At least a Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study10+ years of relevant experience in IT, of which at least 4 years should be leading an IT departmentExperience within the Financial Services sectorFamiliarity with SAMA/CMA requirementsStrong project management skillsAbility to deal with stakeholders across all levels of the organisationBased in or willing to relocate to RiyadhJob OfferA competitive salary is on offer for the Head of IT role.
