The Head of Finance Shared Services will lead the groups finance services for 7 operating companies ensuring policies and standards are met.Client DetailsA global holding investments and operating companies across Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East. The multi-billion dollar investment portfolio includes companies operating across FMCG, pharma, financial services and real estate.DescriptionThe Head of Finance Shared Services will be responsible for:Designing and implementing the shared service finance function for seven operating companies Develop and oversee policies and procedures within the sscManaging a team of over 20 across account payable, accounts receiveable, collections, treasury and general ledger Setting and managing daily and weekly KPIs Providing the CFO and board with monthly KPI reportsManaged the budget for the ssc Work closely with other leaders within the ssc (procurement, HR etc)ProfileMust hold previous experience in setting up the finance function within a shared service centre Must have strong management experience within a shared service environment At least 10 years experience in a similar role Ideally come from an FMCG or pharmaceutical backgroundJob OfferHighly competitive salary and benefits package
