Role Overview Outliers is growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional candidate to join the team and take ownership of Finance and Fund Operations. This role will own all accounting, finance, and reporting across the management company and work directly with our fund administration team. The day-to-day will include tasks such as reviewing the management companys P&L, managing annual audit processes, and delivering analyses on the Funds performance. This role will report directly to the Managing Partner and will require you to build a team around you as we grow further. This isnt your average finance role. Were also looking for someone versatile; a person who can support our Managing Partner in managing relationships with our investors and Limited Partners. Furthermore, the role will require a strong project management skills and attention to details where candidate is expected to oversee the process of setting-up one-time vehicles for some investment opportunities. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and has a strong foundation in IFRS accounting with the ability to manage both finance and relationships.
