Job Description

Objectives:?Our client, part of the retail sector in KSA, is looking for a Head of Finance to join their team. The main objective of this role is to be able to build the finance department from scratch and to handle all tasks starting from accounting to finance.?Responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate & reliable financial information in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
  • Creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments, and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
  • Maintaining the?companys financial?health and increase profitability in the long run.
  • Contributing to the profitable development of the subsidiary across all areas of the business & provide strategic and financial advice to business leaders.
  • Ensuring compliance of all subsidiary?s financial practices with relevant statutory and regulatory obligations as well as with internal Finance rules.
  • Driving the performance of Finance function in all its dimensions: processes, systems, organization, team management.
  • Providing financial analysis/guidance on plans, targets, and business drivers.
  • Maintaining proper use of existing systems to support daily operation.
  • Managing the P&L statement.?
  • Evaluating competitors.
  • Allocating resources, managing finances, and recommending cost reduction strategies.
