This includes aligning requirements with Business Owners while collaborating with relevant internal Procurement stakeholders and external.Oversee the processes, documentation, overall contract-related activities, and better Supplier Relationships.Oversee drafting and negotiating contracts in accordance with legal bylaws and ensuring that contracts are awarded within legal framework and avoid all non-conformities and legal disputes related to contracts.Identify the Strategic challenges and recommend a suitable solutions.Build and maintain strong relations with key stakeholders.Performs any other job-related duties as required by the line manager.Contribute to the sectors short-and long term strategy from the Departments perspective in line with overall vision and mission.Develop the Departments strategy, objectives, KPIs annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.Prepare and submit the Departments annual budget for approval taking all planned activities and necessary investments into consideration by monitoring the financial performance.Oversee the development, maintenance, implementation and adherence of the department policies and procedures as well as the overall performance of the department and ensure KPIs are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the sector in consultation with the Sector Executive.Direct the Departments connection to its customers, whether internal or external, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.ProfileBachelors degree in Business Administration (Masters Preferred)10 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a managerial roleJob OfferAttractive salary and benefit structure
