The program aims to support building the MENA region?s entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting some of the best startups and entrepreneurs throughout Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.The accelerator is a 12-week program that leverages 500 Global?s tried and true world-class curriculum for Pre-Seed/Seed-Stage founders, focusing on fundamentals of growth and experimentation. The program offers founders international mentorship and an equity investment.What You Will DoWe are looking for a Head of Accelerator Ops to oversee and own execution of the accelerator program, ensuring excellence from start to finish and continually looking for ways to improve an already world-class program. The Head of Accelerator Ops will be responsible for managing a team on the ground to run the day-to-day logistics of the program, as well as lead in managing the relationships with key internal and external program stakeholders, including founders, mentors, LPs, and others. Experience with running accelerators and familiarity with the early stage venture-backed ecosystem across MENA is a must.This position is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia starting immediately. The role will have a 4-month probationary period. You will be expected to be available at all accelerator and event times scheduled for the duration of the program - whether remote or in-person.
