SummaryResponsible for the development of Organization?s vision, mission and values in alignment with senior management and committees. In charge of the development of strategic and operational planning processes, in addition to Organization strategic objectives and drivers which will be translated into functional plans.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1.Directs the development and monitoring of strategic planning process to ensure that Organization strategy is defined, cascaded and measured effectively.2.Manages the articulation/ updates of Organization vision, mission and strategic plan.3.Guides the development and execution of feasibility studies and analysis (SWOT, PESTEL) to obtain input for strategic direction planning.4.Identifies short term and long-term strategic objectives and projects in line with the Organization strategy.5.Oversees the coordination process between strategic planning staff and all other functions in the Organization on setting and developing their strategic objectives.6.Provides supervision on the execution of market data collection for strategic analysis and strategic planning.7.Oversees high-impact data analytics projects focused on supporting key strategic initiatives / projects and programs for the Organization.8.Provides insights and analysis of market industry data and primary market research that shapes the strategic direction and actions planned by senior management.9.Builds effective relationships with external research suppliers that strengthens use of their data and helps improve relevant data availability on the long term.EducationMaster?s, or Bachelor?s Degree in Economics, Hospital/ Business Administration, or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredNine (9) years of related experience with Master?s including five (5) years at a managerial/supervisory position, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor?s Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only.
