Urgent Requirement for an experienced Head Barista in Riyadh ? KSA

Supervise all beverage & takeaway services, bar stock & inventory control, product quality management, and equipment maintenance to achieve the highest possible customer service.
Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs and company policies & procedures.
Supervise all bar staff and make sure that they have full knowledge of all store promotions, bar products, and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
Attend to guest special requirements/requests.
Complete all bar-related reports and checklists on time as required.
Responsible for accurate billing and payment processing of their customer transactions.
Maintain strict adherence to employment and HSSE standards and regulations.
Coordinate with other departments whenever necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store operations.
