Job Description

  1. Lead the hardware product customization process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and refine product requirements.
  3. Work closely with partners to customize and optimize existing EV charging hardware products.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
  5. Manage product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  6. Ensure product quality and timely delivery by working closely with suppliers and partners.
  7. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
