Job Description

Purpose:Handover Manager will work with client, sub-contractors and suppliers and project team for the smooth management of the project as per stated time schedule and quality assurance standards.s:

  • Responsible but not limited to the following job description.
  • Oversee the construction management, quality controls, HSE an other plans
  • Prepare construction management reports and coordinate meetings.
  • Quality - establish the QA/QC Plan including development of the inspection & test plan. Review and approve the quality control plans.
  • Prepares and negotiates changes to the scope of work with the project stakeholders
  • Purchase requisitions and procure items necessary for the execution of operational activities
  • Oversee and preparation of the clients monthly construction progress report and the clients contract status report. Prepare WBS, budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain necessary logs and report required to administer the job smooth and provide to team when required.
  • Any other task as per the requirement and suitable to job title.
