Job Description

As a Guest Care Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience includes working in 4,5 stars hotels.
  • 2 years minimum experience in Housekeeping , concierge , and Reception.
  • Providing information about our products/services and answering any questions guests may have.
  • Handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Resolving guest issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
