Job Description

Position Title: Group Education DirectorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 51K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Riyadh, KSA About the Client: An upcoming multi-level school in Riyadh, KSA under a reputable educational institution in UAE.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop multi-brand schools and contribute to the groups overall strategic vision and long-term planning.
  • Create and implement academic plans aligned with the groups objectives, ensuring brand integrity across all school brands.
  • Hold Principals accountable for meeting KPIs and regularly review school leadership roles to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead the development of a rigorous curriculum and provide leadership for effective instructional practices.
