• Set up templates (in PowerPoint and InDesign) in accordance with Buro Happold global marketing guidelines.
• Coordinate with the KSA technical teams to agree on content translation/presentation strategy and client communication timelines.
• When required, support KSA technical team members with guidance on utilising presentation software(i.e. PowerPoint and InDesign).
• The content you will be creating will be as follows but not limited to
  • Bid proposals, bid presentations, project deliverable reports and presentations, templates.

You will be able to demonstrate a profile of:

• A degree in Architecture. Buro Happold will consider people with relevant qualifications, such as a degree in graphic design, digital media, or communication.
• 2-5 years of experience with a reputable consultancy, engineering, or architectural company.
• Graduates may also be considered based on portfolio presentation and previous experience in developing brochures and/or reports for other institutions (e.g. university, student club, etc..)
• Knowledge of PowerPoint is essential.
• InDesign, Illustrator and Office Suite is highly valued for this position.
• Great listener, able to digest multi-faceted problematics and extract key messages into professional visuals to support presentations and reports developed by Buro Happolds teams
• Comfortable in discussing and brainstorming ideas.
• Positive person with exceptional communications skills and a positive team player.
• Eager to learn new topics and to work with a broad range of professionals, including consultants, urban planners, projects managers and executive managers.
• Understand deadlines and commit to achieving them.
• Organisation skills, ability to prioritise workload.
• Capacity to work under pressure.
