General Summary:To contribute developing and assessing the Designs across the whole organization and increase the brand recognitionwithin the Keen?s policies.Also responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and effectively communicate the desiredmessage. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: ? Attend to all design requirements from the team leader.? Plan deliverables based on urgency and finalize requests of the design.? Protect the brand image and ensure following the guidelines in every project.? Develop graphics and visual for based on the business need.? Participate in the company overall campaigns preparation to be delivered on time.? Ensure following the brand guideline on all digital/ printed material.? Ensure that all graphics are developed, delivered, and published on time.? Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Key Accountabilities:? Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the companys standards.? Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.? Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.? Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.? Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.? Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.? Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
