  • Lead specific tasks within various projects
  • Attend client meetings
  • Developing case studies
  • Research, mapping and analysis
  • Report writing and documentation of project work
  • Graphic presentations
  • Facilitation of workshops and interviews
  • Support to senior staff in client meetings
  • Project management support, including scheduling client meetings, financial management, coordination of subconsultants
  • Market research on clients and potential clients
  • Preparation of proposals to potential clients
  • Assist in the development of promotional and publicity materials
What will you bring?
  • First degree and professional qualification in planning, architecture, engineering or an urban development and design systems related field from an internationally recognised university.
  • GPA of 3.5/4 or above
  • Further post-graduate study or academic work in these or related fields (including finance, management or economics) desirable.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience of Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, GIS
  • Knowledge of MS Project (desirable)
  • Excellent written, visualisation and verbal communication skills, and can easily simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Excellent research skills
  • A positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to undertake volume work processes
  • Proven ability to manage time and act with pace, demonstrating a highly organised approach to work, and customer service, capable of managing multiple key stakeholder expectations.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Ability to quickly identify issues, assimilate information and develop solutions
