We empower businesses to engage with their people through a variety of channels, making their communication conversational, more personalized, fun, meaningful, and with ease.Government Relationship ManagerThe Markets team at Unifonic is looking for a Government Relationship Manager torepresent Unifonic as an Industry expert partner for the regulators and Government policy makers. In this role, you will be responsible formanaging and controlling the process of all activities related to the Government offices and authorities. The ideal candidate possesses good relationship building and organizational awareness skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels, and strong follow-through.The responsibilities of theGovernment Relationship Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the strategic alliances with Local regulators in KSA such as CITC & SAMA, DGA, SDAIA, MCIT.
  • Lead Unifonic contribution and participation in the the initiatives and programs that are published by the ministries.
  • Ensure back to back compliance with local regulations and drive the joint discussions between Unifonic and the policy makers.
  • Lead Initiatives and programs from scratch, in partnership with the Government policy makers.
  • Attend partners event, exhibitions and workshops and represent Unifonic.
  • Ensure a full alignment between the strategic Government partners and internal stakeholders at Unifonic to grant a continuous knowledge transfer between the partners.
  • Hands-on 3 to 6 years experience in a similar role, owning initiatives and managing programs.
  • Good project management skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration,Information Technology, or any other related major.
  • Good understanding of the Saudi ecosystem and 2030 vision KPIs and the initiatives that Unifonic can be part of it.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal,?written and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
