Job Description

Objectives?Our client, a new established business in KSA that runs restaurants and organic supermarkets, is looking for baker specialized in gluten free, to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of this position is to use their understanding of ingredients and food preparation to craft recipes and create baked goods.?Key responsibilities:

  • ?Prepares, produces, and bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts, pizza, using gluten free products.
  • ?Designing and improving recipes.
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods
  • Decorating and displaying finished products.
  • Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized
  • Assess the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set standards
  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
  • Establish production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
  • Oversee the routine maintenance of baking equipment to ensure efficient operations
