We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual happy to interact with multiple functions and different levels of hierarchy within the organisation to make a difference.What you?ll doSupport the Global Sales and Operations Planning team through overseeing the design and delivery of reports, data models, dashboards and performance metrics that drive key business decisions.Ownership of S&OP BI tools, Metrics and KPI reporting for the functionTraining and development of data analyst rolesDevelop the process and tools of consolidating global Supply & Demand Plan.Develop optimized & efficient methods and tools to execute weekly and monthly reviews (Demand and Supply)Conduct Routine Demand analysis and report forecast changes and drivers. Ensure long-term sales forecasts are maintained in the Demand planning system.This role will be required to work with IT and Business BI teams as required to ensure the right data is available to support operational processesData maintenance and support: including support for product Life Cycle Management maintenance, review and update of stock replenishment parameters, making recommendation on stocking policies.Represent the Global S&OP team in reviews with stakeholders; bringing insight and analysis to support improvement in areas such as sales, product management, inventory, Demand planning and manufacturing.Collaboration with the broader S&OP team to help share and implement best practice.Who you areBachelor?s degree. Minimum 5 years? experience Supply Chain / Demand Planning or related field.Very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas.Aptitude in building reporting using Power BI to support operational process, advanced analytical skills in excel, Power Queries. Prior Experience using Qlik platform is beneficial.Affinity to systems and use of computers/software.Understanding of Statistical analysisGood working knowledge of adjacent supply chain planning and fulfilment process including production planning, network planning and replenishment, order to cash processExcellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize one?s own time and meet deadlines and follow upAbility to communicate effectively at various organizational levelsStakeholder management skills and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization.* A team player, willing to go the extra mile.
